Kingswood March 2016

Monday
We had a very good journey and thoroughly enjoyed our first activities together. The afternoon was bright and dry.
Our accommodation is warm and comfortable.
The cabin that we are staying in has a large grassy area immediately next to it where we can play in between activities and we are surrounded by trees and hills.

Tuesday

Everybody slept really well. We have enjoyed a good breakfast of fruit, cereals and hot food. This morning's activities which included archery, caving and frisbee golf have been challenging and fun.

Wednesday

Our day started with climbing and abseiling activities which were really challenging. Everybody did brilliantly either meeting or surpassing personal goals. It was very cold this morning and so groups were glad to warm up on the Aeroball trampoline activity before having a hot lunch. Lazer Zone proved a favourite activity for lots of children this afternoon as well as the ultimate challenge, 'Leap of Faith'. The children are continuously encouraging each other and showing excellent teamwork skills.

We still had lots of energy for the disco tonight before settling down for another great nights sleep.

Thursday

The week is flying by! We are all excited for 'Giant Zip Wire' today - especially Mr Webb. The day is dry and bright - perfect conditions for us to prepare for Camp fire tonight.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
