Eco Council
Our Eco council have started the year very well, encouraging everybody in school to think about reducing our use of materials whilst increasing the amount that we recycle. We have numerous recycling bins in school for food, plastic, tins and paper/cardboard waste. In response to Eco Council requests on behalf of all pupils, we now only send electronic copies of our weekly newsletters. The newsletters are also available on our website.
Our Eco council are also working on a number of other projects to see where our school can run more efficiently, knowing that this will help us to save energy and money.
Additional recycling within school
Mr Heath has trained our Eco Council members on how to use our new recycling bin. The Eco Council members will be helping to encourage all pupils to recycle and look after our school environment.
