Week beginning  20th October 2025

This week we have been mixing paint to make orange,

painting a bare tree and then adding leaves to an Autumn picture.

Week beginning 13h October 2025

This week we have been learning how to take photographs using the class Ipads.

On Monday we went on an Autumn Walk.

We worked together in twos collecting things linked to the season of Autumn.

Then with the Autumn items we created some animals that belong in God's World.

Great team work all round.

Week beginning 6th October 2025

This week we have been learning more about God's World

linked to the season of Autumn.

We have worked together as a small team to make a bed linked

to our class story 'Peace At Last' by Jill Murphy

Week beginning 29th September 2025

This week we have had fun in our PE lesson.

We all got into our PE kits for the first time! Well done everyone.

We had a lovely Special Friends assembly on Friday.

Thank you to everyone who was able to come and celebrate this lovely assembly.

Week beginning 26th September 2025

This week we have been playing skittles and counting how many have been knocked down.

We have been listening to the Colour Monster stories and talking about our feelings.

On Thursday we went into the ICT Suite for the first time and had a go at using a mouse!

Week beginning 15th September 2025

This week an RE ICON blessed by Bishop Mark arrived in school.

The ICON is a picture of 'The Visitation' taken from Shrewsbury Cathedral.

The children spent time talking about what and who they could see in the picture.

Then with the 2D shapes they made some flowers for Mary.

8th September 2025

We made crowns to celebrate 60 years of St Peter's School being open.

Beginning of term 2025

Welcome everyone to St Peter’s.

The Reception staff have had a great week with the children getting to know their names,

as well as all their lovely personalities.

The children will be tired this weekend, sorry!!
